  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, SOUTHEASTERN FRUIT FLIES only ships merchandise to locations within the United States.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    • All orders placed by 3pm (Mon- Thurs) will be shipped out the same day.
             (We reserve the right to ship all orders placed on or after Thursday for the following Monday to ensure the safe arrival of our products. Unless next day delivery is selected)
    • Unless Next day delivery is selected. All orders will be sent through USPS Priority Mail and will arrive in 1-3 business days (Includes Saturday).
    • In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, Larger orders may be split up into multiple packages.
    • The temperature in your area must NOT exceed 83 degrees.
    • The temperature in your area must NOT drop below 50 degrees.
    • In cases of extreme weather conditions a $2 fee for cold/ heat packs may occur.
      Live Arrival Guarantee
          Live Arrival is Guaranteed only when:
    • Someone is present when the package arrives.
    • You contact us within 1 hour of receiving the shipment.
    • The temperature during transit does NOT exceed 85 degrees.
    • The temperature during transit does NOT drop below 50 degrees.
         DOA
            (Death on Arrival)
    • If you do experience a death on arrival, we reserve the right to spend time verifying that all the terms and conditions were met in the delivery. If we are satisfied that the terms and conditions were met, we will arrange to either refund the purchased price of the merchandise (excluding shipping cost) or offer a full replacement.
    • Provide a picture of the item(s) you have received within 24 hours.

  • As of right now in this point in time. SouthEastern Fruit Flies does not ship internationally.



  • Sales Tax

  • SOUTHEASTERN FRUIT FLIES charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
